About the role

Pizza Medira' is seeking passionate and talented Commis 1, Commis 2 and Commis 3 to join our dynamic culinary team in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. As a full-time member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with food preparation tasks such as cutting, chopping, mixing and plating a variety of dishes
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
• Following recipes and instructions precisely to ensure consistent dish quality
• Working collaboratively with the head chef and sous chefs to deliver menu items efficiently
• Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills

What we're looking for

• Culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment, with a focus on Commis 1, Commis 2 or Commis 3 roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen brigade
• Passion for food and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry
• Willingness to learn and a commitment to continuous improvement
