POSITION:

• TECHNICIAN - CIVIL

LOCATION: BANGSAR SOUTH, KL

WORKING DAYS: Monday - Friday

WORKING HOURS:

• Shift basis:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

MINIMUM: CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA IN MECHANICAL OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT

RANGE SALARY: RM 2200

INTAKE: IMMEDIATELY

Technician Electrical Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for electrical systems, including LV systems, lighting, earthing, generator sets, ELV, UPS, and air conditioning.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical breakdowns.
• Ensure the efficient operation of electrical and mechanical systems, including power supply, lighting, fire protection, air conditioning, and water supply.
• Maintain the safety and security of generator sets, LV switch rooms, chiller plants, and pump rooms.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.

Technician Mechanical Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance for mechanical systems, including ACMV, fire protection, water supply, and vertical transport systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical breakdowns to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the efficiency and functionality of all mechanical installations and equipment.
• Ensure the safety and security of mechanical and electrical rooms, including generators, switch rooms, and chiller plants.
• Execute work orders and maintain compliance with maintenance schedules.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior or company

Technician Civil Responsibilities:

• Perform corrective and scheduled maintenance for civil and mechanical services.
• Repair and inspect civil works, plumbing, and building structures.
• Identify and report equipment faults for prompt action.
• Ensure safety in mechanical and electrical rooms.
• Monitor water tank levels and pump conditions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

Technician Requirements:

• Fresh Graduate are Encouraged to Apply
• Has experience in property/facilities management.
• Strong understanding of building services for high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed developments.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
• Computer literate.
