Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and motivated M&E Site Supervisor to manage and supervise day-to-day site operations for our mechanical and electrical works.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for M&E installation (ACMV, electrical & CWSP works)
• Ensure all works carried out by subcontractors comply with project specifications, drawings, and safety standards
• Coordinate site progress with contractors, suppliers, and consultants as well as attend meetings with relevant authorities as well as subcontractors
• Report daily progress, manpower, and materials usage to the Project Engineer / Manager in report form
• Manage site documentation and ensure timely project completion
• To highlight to management on site deviations immediately and produce variation orders
• To keep track on project budgeting as well as progress of work

Requirements

• Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)
• At least 2 years experience in M&E / ACMV site supervision preferred
• Able to read technical drawings and work independently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to various project sites
• Fresh graduates with strong technical interest are encouraged to apply
• Added advantage if familiar with AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCH UP and softwares of the same apllication

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
