Responsibilities
We are hiring a Customs Query Customer Service to handle customs-related enquiries and support customers on import/export clearance processes.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries on customs clearance, duties, taxes, documentation, and shipment status
- Liaise with internal teams and relevant authorities (RMCD, SIRIM, MAQIS, MITI)
- Provide accurate guidance on customs requirements and compliance
- Handle customer issues and follow up within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customs, logistics, import/export, or related role
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Location: Penang Airport Batu Maung
Monday-Saturday(1/2day) 8:30-5:30
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
