Position : Account Management Executive

Salary Range : RM 3,000 - RM 3,500

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Management Executive to manage client relationships, campaign performance, and lead verification activities. This role acts as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, accurate reporting, and strong account retention.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (including Tier 1 and corporate accounts), ensuring timely communication on campaign updates and performance
• Monitor, analyse, and prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for clients and management
• Manage client renewals, contract discussions, and account retention activities to support business growth
• Verify marketing-generated leads through cold and warm calling to ensure data accuracy before distribution
• Support client onboarding, enquiries, and coordination with internal teams, including overseas clients
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, campaign status, and operational data in internal systems
• Ensure reporting and documentation are consistently updated and aligned with business standards
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong command of Mandarin and Cantonese (mandatory), with good proficiency in English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience in real estate, listing portals, or account management is an advantage
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or project management tools is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem-solving mindset, and customer focus
• Able to join immediately or within short notice period (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
