Job Title: End User Services Engineer

Job Type: Fulltime role

Location: Damansara, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

· Excellent technical knowledge in all key areas of EUS technologies, e.g.

· Windows and Mac OS

· Microsoft Office 2016, Office 365 & Teams o iOS and Android devices o Hardware and Peripherals o Mobile devices

· Skills about o Call Management Systems, especially Service Now o Teams conferencing and enterprise voice

· Audio visual systems (TV/Projector systems) and conference technology o SCCM

· Basic Network Skills o ITIL certified

· Experience in working in an international environment
· Technical support for local applications where applicable alongside other tech or business teams.

Pay: From RM50,000.00 per year

Experience:

• End User Services : 4 years (Required)
• Windows and Mac OS: 3 years (Required)
• Audio visual systems : 1 year (Required)
