1) Production Planning & Execution

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with planning and inventory teams.

Monitor production lines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet customer demands and minimize downtime.

2) Team Leadership & Management

Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs.

Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

3) Quality & Food Safety

Ensure production processes comply with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO).

Work closely with QA and R&D to ensure that products meet quality and specification standards.

4) Process Optimization

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.

Monitor KPIs such as yield, downtime, efficiency, and implement corrective actions as needed.

5) Inventory & Resource Management

Ensure raw materials, packaging, and other production resources are used efficiently.

6) Maintenance Coordination

Liaise with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Support preventive maintenance planning to avoid unexpected breakdowns.

7) Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Engineering, Industrial Management or relevant field of studies.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.

- Good problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing software (e.g. SAP).

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
