Job description:

• Provide technical support and issue resolution for ERP systems developed in Visual FoxPro.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to system functionality, data accuracy, and performance.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of ERP systems to minimize business disruptions.
• Maintain and optimize MS SQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Perform routine database backups, recovery, and maintenance tasks.
• Write and modify SQL queries to support reporting and data analysis needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements and implement enhancements.
• Develop and modify existing FoxPro ERP applications to align with evolving business processes.
• Test and deploy updates to minimize downtime and ensure compatibility
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on ERP system features and functionalities
• Integrate FoxPro-ERP based systems with other business applications where necessary
• Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection regulations.
• Monitor system access and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Provide basic IT hardware and software support, including troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, barcode scanners, and networking devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues that may impact ERP system performance and user productivity.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply
• Proficiency in Visual FoxPro programming and database management.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with integrating FoxPro systems with other platforms or tools.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
