We are seeking a highly organized and technically adept Technical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our core technology initiatives. In this role, you will not just track timelines—you will actively engage with engineers to evaluate system architecture, mitigate technical risks, and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate speaks fluent "developer language" but seamlessly translates complex technical hurdles into clear business outcomes for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Lifecycle Management
• Define explicit project scope, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain highly detailed, end-to-end project schedules.
• Track day-to-day progress of projects.
• Preparing reports on progress and alignment with key service partner / software developer contractor.
• Evaluate technical proposals, system architectures, and engineering logic.
• Translate technical requirements into business objectives, and vice versa.
• Provide continuous, transparent status reports and performance metrics to leadership.
• Forecast potential technical bottlenecks, security flaws, or deployment delays.
• Formulate comprehensive risk mitigation and contingency blueprints.
• Establish, monitor, and adjust project budgets to protect company resources.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing software or cloud-based tech projects.
• Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer, QA engineer, or systems analyst.

Salary Range: RM10,000 - RM15,000

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
