Job Description

• Define and execute the organization's process technology strategy and roadmap
• Drive development and optimization of advanced semiconductor processes
• Lead customer-facing technical engagements and provide advisory at executive level
• Translate emerging technology trends into business and growth opportunities
• Partner with commercial teams on strategic bids and solution development
• Lead cross-functional programs from concept through implementation
• Build and mentor high-performing R&D and engineering teams
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Master's or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience within the semiconductor industry
• Strong expertise in process development or advanced manufacturing technologies
• Deep knowledge in areas such as plasma etch, CVD, PVD, epitaxy, or metrology
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex technology programs
• Strong track record in customer engagement and stakeholder influence
• Ability to connect technical innovation with commercial outcomes
