About You

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent

• At least 11 years of post-degree IT experience, hands-on experiences on below areas:

  • Solid Experience in Linux (i.e. Redhat) including configuration and performance tunning

  • Solid Experience in Web/Application Server (WebLogic), J2EE or similar middleware including configuration and performance tunning

  • Solid Experience in enterprise RDBMS (Oracle / DaMeng) administration including instance configuration, tablespace management, SQL tuning, backup/recovery, data replication. Cross-platform database migration (Oracle to DaMeng) experience a strong advantage.

  • Solid Experience in scripting using Unix Shell and scripts migration across different platforms

  • Strong knowledge on Enterprise Storage including configuration, encryption and performance tunning

  • Strong knowledge on backup/restore operations for database

  • Knowledge on Java, Spring Framework

  • Knowledge on disaster recovery planning

  • Knowledge in Global Site Load Balancer and Site Load Balancer

  • Experience on Infrastructure security and design is preferred.

• Effective communication, good interpersonal skills, patience, patient and persistent analytical mind, visionary and foreseeing.

• Experience in Government project is a plus.

• Experience in SI, MSP or project-based support environments is a strong advantage

• Good communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and coordination skills

• Perform Ad-hoc task assign by superior and will work after-hours maintenance, emergency support, or on-call rotation

About The Role (Infrastructure) :

• Provide implementation services to assigned projects.

• Provide support in User Acceptance Test for system implementations.

• Produce technical documentation, perform diagnostics, manage incidents, and support customer-facing delivery

• Coordinate with client and external vendors for system implementation, upgrades and issue resolution.

• Conduct regular patching, upgrades and maintenance for infrastructure system
