What you’ll be doing? 

• Client Management: Serve as the primary daily contact for key clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.

• Campaign Oversight: Lead the execution of 360 digital projects, including social media, SEO/SEM, event management, and video production.

• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior account executives, ensuring quality control and smooth project workflows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, media, and production teams to deliver strategic work on time and within budget.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign data to deliver insightful performance reports and optimization strategies to clients.

Who are we looking for?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 3–5 years of digital or advertising agency experience (HK market preferred).

• Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of social platforms (Meta, Threads, WeChat/RED), search marketing, and multimedia production workflows.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to delegate, manage team workloads, and develop junior talent.

• Communication: Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese with sharp presentation skills.

• Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.
