Job Highlights

- Face‑to‑face customer service

- Handle technical & warranty enquiries

- Basic repair of consumer electronics

- Able to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

- Provide walk‑in customer service at the service counter

- Handle phone and online enquiries regarding technical support and warranty issues

- Perform occasional off‑site duties when required

- Carry out basic repair and troubleshooting for consumer electronics products

Requirements

- 1 year of customer service / helpdesk / counter service experience preferred

- Strong communication skills and good telephone manner

- Pleasant, independent, and customer‑oriented

- Able to work under pressure

- Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Familiar with PC hardware/software and MS Windows is an advantage

- Experience in repairing consumer products (AC & DC) is an advantage

- Knowledge of earphones/speakers is a plus but not required

- Fresh graduates are welcome
