Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage end to end website and mobile app implementation projects.

• Gather, drive and document user requirements to the projects.

• Plan and conduct testing to ensure delivery quality and compliance to the requirement.

• Manage and collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth daily implementation conversation.

• Communicate closely with clients to present ideas, provide delivery, collect feedbacks and resolve project issues.

• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Higher Diploma or above in Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, Computer Science or related field

• Preferably with 1 year relevant experience in digital marketing and account servicing

• Decent technical or digital sense and understanding

• Working experience in agency or vendor side is a plus

• Good presentation and communication skills (both spoken and written English & Cantonese)

• Responsible, detailed-minded, and good problem-solving skills
