Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior/ QA Engineer to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for leading test strategy development, building automated testing frameworks, and ensuring high-quality product delivery. You will work closely with the development team to promote Shift-Left testing culture in an agile environment, enhancing overall product stability and user experience.

Key Responsibilities：

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks (Web, Mobile, and API)

• Lead test planning, including test strategy, scope, and risk assessment

• Develop and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing

• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

• Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues

• Mentor Junior QA Engineers and improve overall team testing capabilities

• Participate in requirements review and technical design discussions to ensure testability

• Continuously optimize testing processes and introduce new tools and best practices

Requirements：

• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

• At least 5+ years of QA / Testing experience, with 3+ years of hands-on automation testing experience

• Proficiency in at least one mainstream automation testing tool:

• Web: Playwright / Cypress / Selenium

• API: RestAssured / Postman / Karate

• Mobile: Appium

• Familiar with at least one scripting language: JavaScript / Python / TypeScript

• Solid knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

• Experience in using and customizing Jira (including Workflow, Dashboard, and Plugin configuration)

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes

• Good command in English and fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

• Candidates with less experience but a strong execution mindset with potential will be considered for the QA Engineer role

Preferences：

• Experience with performance testing (JMeter / k6 / Locust)

• Security testing or penetration testing experience

• Cloud platform experience (AWS / Azure)

• Familiarity with BDD frameworks (Cucumber / SpecFlow)
