Job Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR administration.
• Assist in improving HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows.
• Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Build AI-powered templates, workflows, and internal knowledge bases.
• Support HR reporting, data management, and operational projects.
• Assist with recruitment activities when needed, including interview coordination and talent research.
• Support employee engagement activities and other HR initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Human Resources, AI, and process improvement.
• Familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms.
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with automation or no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.
