Data Product Manager

Do you have the capability and drive to develop analytical data products? Do you have experience with both structured and semi-structured data? We are seeking a Data Product Manager to develop new data products such as new data marts, data apps and predictive models that will help NTUC better serve our members. This role resides in NTUC’s Transformation Office, which drives digital transformation in NTUC.

About the Role

You will:

• Support the execution of NTUC’s data strategy
• Develop and project manage and drive adoption of data products, including new data pipelines, data marts, datasets data apps, data exchanges and predictive models.
• Develop and manage projects to transform unstructured data into structured data using Generative AI.
• Develop and manage projects that use AI to help data consumers understand data trends using natural language
• Design and execute processes to monitor and improve data quality
• Engage NTUC’s internal users to understand their data needs and develop data products that meet these needs
• Collaborate with the application team to develop data-driven services
• Engage technology partners to explore new ways of applying digital technologies to meet NTUC’s data needs

Required Skills and Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of experience in data modelling, data warehouse or related data projects
• Interest in applying generative AI to data analytics
• Experience with Snowflake is a bonus
• Good foundation in project management
• Good foundation in data modelling and data management
• Has a sense of curiosity and enjoys experimentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to explain data concepts simply to the business units
