AI Engineer

My Client is a lean, world-class team on a mission to build a proactive, smart assistant for everyday workflows. They are moving beyond standard AI to build a highly reliable, real-world product that handles multi-step reasoning and long-running workflows for billions of users.

What You’ll Do

• Own End-to-End Features: Go from raw model capabilities to structured, reliable user experiences.
• Design Agent Workflows: Iterate on prompts, tools, memory systems, and orchestration.
• Optimize & Scale: Debug across the full stack, optimizing for latency, cost, and high production reliability.
• Build Eval Frameworks: Develop lightweight evaluation frameworks to measure real-world performance.

️ Tech Stack

• Python
• PyTorch / JAX
• LLMs (OpenAI APIs, LLaMA, Qwen, etc.)
• Inference/Serving (vLLM) & Vector DBs

Who You Are

• You have a strong foundation in ML architectures with hands-on experience training, fine-tuning, or deploying models.
• You write clean, production-quality code and are comfortable moving across abstraction layers.
• You have a strong bias toward shipping, rapid iteration, and thriving in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
