Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Platform Engineering team focused on Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing Microsoft 365 platform performance and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft 365 services with existing systems.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in platform engineering.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading platform engineering teams, specifically in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, services, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
