Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and performance of multiple outlets within the assigned area

Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, food safety standards, service quality, and operational compliance

Drive sales growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and achievement of operational KPIs

Monitor labour costs, food costs, inventory management, and overall outlet performance

Conduct regular outlet visits and execute improvement plans to enhance operational efficiency

Coach, mentor, and develop Outlet Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams

Support recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives

Lead new outlet opening activities, including operational setup, manpower readiness, and team training

Resolve operational challenges, customer complaints, and service recovery matters effectively

Act as the key Operations liaison between Malaysia operations and Indonesia HQ

Requirements

️ Minimum 5 years of experience in F\&B, Retail, or QSR operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet leadership role

️ Experience managing outlet operations, SOP implementation, manpower planning, and business performance

️ Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills

️ Sound knowledge of inventory management, cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting

️ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

️ Willing to travel frequently between outlets and operational sites

️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and expansion-focused environment
