• Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including understanding of core HR functions and best practices.
• Candidates should have experience in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to implement and maintain compliant HR procedures and documentation.
• Candidates should demonstrate capabilities in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a respectful work environment.
• Candidates should have good knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, and experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in HRIS/HR systems and MS Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced construction and interior fit-out environment.
