Operations Assistant (Retail) 

Working Hours:

Mon to Fri : 9am-6pm, Alternate Sun: 1pm-5pm

5.25 days work week

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end vehicle operations from arrival to customer delivery.
- Conduct vehicle receiving, quality checks, documentation verification, and system updates.
- Ensure showroom vehicles meet retail display standards and maintain daily readiness records.
- Track vehicle inventory, locations, stock movement, transfers, and loan car documentation.
- Coordinate sold vehicle scheduling and monitor delivery readiness within KPI timelines.
- Prepare delivery packs, final checklists, and handover documentation for Sales Consultants.
- Liaise with internal teams to follow up on vehicle preparation and add-job requests.
- Support retail events, operational administration, stock take activities, and ad hoc duties.

Requirements

Requirements 

- Possess a Class 3 driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
