岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research across the relevant sectors qualitatively and quantitatively;
- Perform data and financial analysis on trends of relevant industry development;
- Independently prepare and write company research reports, sector reports and Pre-deal research reports;
- Develop and maintain the Consumer market database;
- Assist in peer research;
- Assist in preparation of various reports;
- Participate in departmental projects or tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other relevant majors;
- With 1 year or above experiences in equity research, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant experience preferable (Fresh Graduate will also be considered);
- CFA/CPA qualification preferable;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
- Strong writing skills;
- Strong ability in data mining and information searching from different sources;
- Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in-house standards;
- Able to communicate and convince research ideas effectively;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships;
- Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi-task;
- Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field;
- Fluency in English and Mandarin; Both written and verbal communication skills;
- Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules.
