About the Role

We are looking for results-driven individuals to join us as Client Acquisition Managers. In this role, you will proactively identify, approach, and onboard new clients — helping them build wealth through tailored financial strategies. You will own your client pipeline from first contact to long-term advisory relationship.

What You'll Do

• Identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, corporate talks, and digital channels
• Conduct financial discovery sessions to understand client goals, income, assets, and protection gaps
• Present and close customised wealth plans covering investments, insurance, CPF, and legacy planning
• Manage a growing portfolio of clients and drive retention through regular reviews
• Collaborate with team leaders on outreach campaigns and corporate partnership opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Natural relationship-builder — you enjoy meeting people and opening doors
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can earn trust quickly
• Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Prior sales or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
