Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks covering web, mobile, API, and Windows native applications for financial services platforms.
- Build and enhance test automation suites using Micro Focus UFT, Playwright, Appium and Selenium to ensure comprehensive functional, regression, and integration test coverage.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, enabling continuous testing and faster, more reliable release cycles.
- Analyse test execution results, identify defects, and work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues within financial applications.
- Develop reusable, scalable automation frameworks and libraries to reduce manual testing effort and increase overall test coverage.
- Write clean, maintainable automation code using Java, Python, VB or TypeScript, following established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, and risk-based test prioritization for critical financial industry applications.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and process improvements to increase automation efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, with proven experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus UFT, Selenium, Appium and Playwright for automating web, mobile, API, and Windows native applications.
- Coding proficiency in at least one of Python, or TypeScript.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts, with experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins or GitLab CI or GitHub Actions).
- Solid understanding of API testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, isolate, and clearly report defects.
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
Pay: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
