- Coordinate architectural works with consultants, contractors, subcontractors and relevant authorities.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Monitor site progress and resolve architectural-related issues in a timely manner.
- Attend coordination meetings and prepare follow-up actions.
- Liaise with the project team to ensure proper integration of architectural works with structural and M&E works.
- Assist in material submissions, sample approvals and mock-up inspections.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards and safety requirements.
- Support project documentation, records and reporting as required.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Good knowledge of architectural detailing, coordination and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
- Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial or institutional building projects.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and submission processes.
- Good problem-solving and time-management skills.
