Job Description:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to relevant parties
- Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and training sessions
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management and task coordination
- Assist with the preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for meetings
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
Requirements:
- Minimum local diploma and above
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and tasks
- Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
