Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Service crew to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while also assisting with basic kitchen duties, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers, take orders, and recommend menu items or promotions.
• Serve food and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Operate the POS system and process customer payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support other café operations whenever required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or bar is preferred but not essential (training provided)
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and food hygiene practices is an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
