Work Location: Exchange 106, TRX, Kuala Lumpur (Work in Office)
Working Hours: 5 working days per week (Rotational Shift)

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Evening Shift: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM

Employment Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable)

Job Scope:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, live chat, email, and social media
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Support inquiries related to orders, products, memberships, payments, and general services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality and service standards
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Degree holders are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Comfortable working rotational shifts, and weekends
• Customer-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Responsible, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM 2,300 - RM 2,500
