Prepare, review, and manage tender documents, cost estimates, and budget planning; submit tenders within specified deadlines and attend tender interviews as needed.
Handle monthly progress claims, manage variation orders, finalize accounts, and prepare payment certificates for projects.
Checking the subcon invoices.
Source, negotiate, and shortlist subcontracts and suppliers for current and upcoming projects.
Attend site meetings, perform site valuations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain thorough records of contract documentation and ensure all files are up to date.
Prepare monthly progress reports and support final account documentation.
Stay updated with industry regulations, standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and project efficiency.
Any additional responsibilities/tasks as delegated by the Management as needed.
Job Requirements:
Must have same industry field experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
1-2 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably with an Interior Design background or equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS Excel, strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and negotiation abilities.
Strong project coordination and time management.
Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier negotiations.
Experience in contract law or related certifications is an advantage.
