Position Objective and Summary
- Administrativesupports to Logistic Department
Main tasks /Activities / Responsibilities
- Perform general logistics administrative duties and provide support to the Logistics Supervisor.
- Maintain and update records of drivers' training, safety courses, and certifications.
- Record and monitor drivers' daily activities and attendance.
- Receive, verify, and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Delivery Orders (DOs), ensuring accurate documentation before distribution to drivers.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for vehicles, equipment, and logistics-related purchases.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance by preparing repair requests and liaising with the Maintenance Department.
- Update and process drivers' overtime records in the INFOTECH system.
- Maintain and update records for ISO tankers, trailers, and related logistics equipment.
- Coordinate and monitor repair and maintenance activities for trailers and ISO tankers.
- Record diesel consumption and prepare weekly and monthly diesel usage reports.
- Prepare weekly and monthly logistics and store cost reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics records and related documents.
- Assist with inventory and logistics administration as required.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Job requirements (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills etc.)
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in administrative and coordination roles, preferably within a logistic department.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
- Proficiency in using office software for documentation and communication purposes.
