DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site technical support in customers office, diagnosis and troubleshooting of technical problems
• Provide technical support to VIP users
• Deployment, maintenance, upgrading and support of client computer systems (hardware, software, OS, etc.) and video conference systems
• Windows OS, AD, Office 365 configuration and administration, patching & file server management
• Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with excellent customer service, offering solutions to meet clients’ needs
• IT asset management and other adhoc duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or related field or equivalent in education and experience
• Knowledge in Cisco/Meraki/HPE routers, switch, access point
• Knowledge in Microsoft O365, Teams, AD and management tools
• Knowledge in APC, Apple, HP, Logitech, Poly products
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Strong analytical and issue resolution skills
• Strong collaborative and team coordination skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Be well organized and able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills with a service orientated approach
• Be able to work well individually as well as with a team
