Lee Huat Seafood Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based family-run seafood wholesaler with 30+ years sourcing, processing, and distributing frozen seafood. We supply food service partners with quality frozen wild-caught seafood, mainly from Indonesia, focusing on reliability and competitive pricing.

Job Summary

We're a Singapore frozen seafood supplier serving wholesale and F&B customers, looking for an Admin Executive to handle import/export declarations, purchasing, stock, and payment preparation.

Responsibilities

• Process import and export declarations to ensure compliance with shipment regulations and facilitate smooth customs clearance
• Accurately enter purchase orders for imports and general operations into the system to maintain order integrity
• Prepare supplier payments and maintain GIRO expense records to ensure timely and accurate financial processing
• Match invoices to purchase orders and monitor stock levels to support inventory accuracy and control
• Liaise effectively with suppliers and customs agents to resolve shipment and documentation issues promptly

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in administration, purchasing, or import/export documentation to support operational efficiency
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong organizational and detail-oriented skills to manage tasks effectively
• Comfortable performing basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial accuracy and record-keeping

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Working Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–3pm (incl. 1hr lunch)
