Join a specialized system support team to serve as a technical investigator across multiple interconnected core business applications.

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical anomalies across multiple tiers of critical enterprise software systems.

• Design and implement long-term structural changes for application remediation and optimization to enhance platform stability.

• Conduct detailed database performance tuning, code refactoring, and schema maintenance within core data repositories.

• Author comprehensive technical documentation of troubleshooting methodologies and system configurations for future operational reference.

• Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to align system changes with full software life cycle frameworks.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience within application support, systems engineering, or database development.

• Strong hands-on engineering experience configuring and maintaining tier-1 application frameworks and corporate reporting architectures.

• Technical capability in managing middleware platforms, enterprise web deployment tools, and complex database programming workflows.

• Demonstrated understanding of structural troubleshooting procedures, data access configurations, and agile development methodologies.

• Exceptional communication capabilities to collaborate with technical peers, coordinate with project leads, and provide guidance on system updates.
