Assistant Project Coordinator (Full Time)

Responsibilities

• Prepare shop drawings and coordination drawings using AUTOCAD/REVIT.

• Coordinate with builders/subcon to ensure stiffeners are delivered to site.

• Ensure truck driver arrives site and materials are handed over to clients with Delivery Orders signed.

• Perform on site measurement and ensure quantities tally with plotted drawings.

• Coordinate with the consultants and contractors / subcontractors to resolve any product technical / site issues.

• Liaise with clients and internal staff.

• Create awareness of our LEETSTEEL Stiffener System and develop strong ties with Clients while on site.

Requirements

· Diploma in civil engineering or its equivalent;

· Possess strong leadership quality, dynamic and reliability;

· Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills;

· Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience will also be considered;

· Able to work independently as well as in a team;

· Knowledge in AutoCAD/Revit is a must
