Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of artisan breads, Danish pastries, and other baked products.
- Perform dough preparation, fermentation, baking, and finishing according to company standards.
- Ensure consistent product quality while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure proper care of baking equipment and tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a bakery baker.
- Strong knowledge of artisan bread, sourdough, Danish pastries, and other bakery products.
- Responsible, proactive, and committed to producing high-quality products.
- Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- A good team player with a positive working attitude.
