Responsibilities:

Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Aruba wireless and switching solutions. 
Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues. 
Monitor network performance and perform firmware upgrades. 
Maintain network documentation and provide technical support to users
Rotational Standby support on weekends and after office hours.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP. 
Familiar with CISCO products 
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
