Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 8.30am to 2.30pm (including a lunch break from 12.00pm to 12.30pm)
Thursdays: 8.00 am to 4.30pm (including a lunch break from 12.00pm to 12.30pm)
Job Description:
One-to-One Student Support: Provide dedicated mentoring and befriending support to Higher Needs Students (HNS) within the discipline domain, including students who have been assigned disciplinary consequences by the school.
Motivational Programmes and Engagements: Plan and conduct motivational talks or engagements sessions aimed at inspiring students, strengthening character development, and addressing discipline-related concerns
Discipline and Investigation Support: Assist in conducting basic fact-finding and information-gathering activities to support the school’s investigation of student-related incidents. Assist in patrolling the neighbourhood with KPs after school hours.
Parent Engagement: Support the Discipline Master in engaging parents and guadians on matters relating to student discipline, behaviour management, and student development.
Job Requirements:
At least two (2) years of experience in working with families with children and youth.
Good interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills.
Candidate who has relevant experience in planning, organising and conducting motivational, educational, or physical activities for children and youth will have an added advantage.
