岗位职责

  • Supervise workers loading, unloading, packing and arranging of warehouse cargo and items, including the handling of return materials.
  • Ensure workers in the store are performing their assigned duties responsibly to ensure the smooth operations and support for the efficient running of projects.
  • Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs.
  • Report to the Director for warehousing issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform warehouse operations in accordance with internal protocol and techniques.
  • Coordinate logistic support for various project sites, ensuring timely delivery of materials and workers.
  • Ensure fleet management and maintenance.
  • Assist with administration work involved in the stores and purchasing function.
  • Perform Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) activities in store to ensure personal compliance to requirements and highlight any shortcomings.
  • Assist in the monitoring of office building maintenance and housekeeping at store.
  • Assist in application of latest technology to improve operations, including the warehouse management system and time management system to be deployed across the project sites.
  • Operate technology or electronic tools and devices.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Company.
