岗位职责

  • Sourcing and negotiating with Vendors/Suppliers or Contractors for products or services;
  • Checking of documents and data-entry;
  • Prepare, process and follow-up with purchase orders;
  • Assist in cataloguing or researching technical details of products to be purchased;
  • Assist in market survey of products for cost efficiency;
  • Assist project personnel in monitoring of materials and cost control;
  • Assist in the updating and monitoring of project accounts;
  • Assist purchasing officer in stock adjustments and other relevant tasks;
  • Resolve any discrepancy reported on the incoming goods with vendors;
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
