Job Descriptions:

• Business Opportunity Development

- Analyze customers' historical purchasing data and future procurement forecasts to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, increase product penetration, and expand existing business.

- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to identify new business opportunities, explore new use cases, and continuously drive supply chain development.

• Product Fulfillment & Assortment Management

- Understand customer requirements, establish and maintain product assortments, provide accurate and timely quotations, and improve product fulfillment rates and GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).

• Product Portfolio Management

- Optimize the health of the product portfolio from operational, commercial, and compliance perspectives.

- Ensure stable product availability, improve product operations and conversion, support seamless customer ordering, and enhance customer experience and sales performance.

• Operations Process Optimization

- Monitor and analyze operational data across the product lifecycle to identify root causes of issues.

- Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational bottlenecks and continuously improve business processes.

• Product Solution Planning

- Coordinate cross-functional resources and collaborate with commercial, supply, and procurement teams to develop customer-specific product solutions, including pricing strategies, supply assurance plans, and other tailored solutions.

- Resolve issues related to the design and implementation of these solutions.

• Product Solution Deployment & Best Practice Replication

- Configure and implement customized product solutions based on customer needs and industry characteristics.

- Develop standardized product and pricing solution frameworks that can be replicated efficiently across customers within the same industry or business segment.

Requirements:

1. Have more than 5 years of work experience in the industrial products industry or related fields, and have a thorough understanding of the industrial products market structure, as well as be familiar with industry trends and market dynamics.

2. Possess excellent communication skills and negotiation techniques to establish good cooperative relationships with suppliers.

3. Have outstanding cross-departmental communication and collaboration capabilities.

4. Have good professional ethics and integrity, be passionate, creative, stress-resistant and willing to accept challenges.

5. Be sensitive to data and be able to conduct effective data analysis and decision making.

6.Have excellent English and Mandarin proficiency.
