About The Role

We are looking for a systems and process-focused TA professional to support our Talent Acquisition team, with Workday Recruiting as the core platform, supported by a broader ecosystem of TA tools.

This role plays a key part in ensuring systems and processes are used accurately, consistently, and efficiently, while driving improvements in how recruitment is executed across the organisation.

It is well suited for someone who enjoys working with systems, improving processes, and bringing structure and discipline into day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Recruiting queries and issues
• Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate with HRIS and internal teams
• Track and manage system issues, enhancements, and testing activities (UAT)
• Support TA tools across scheduling, AI note-taking, sourcing, and background checks
• Maintain clear SOPs, user guides, and process documentation
• Drive consistency in system usage and recruitment workflows
• Identify process gaps and support improvements in efficiency and execution
• Support compliance, data quality, and process discipline across the TA team
• Deliver training and support adoption of systems, tools, and processes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years experience in TA Operations, HR Operations, or a systems/process-focused role
• Hands-on experience using Workday Recruiting or another ATS in a day-to-day capacity
• Experience handling system queries, troubleshooting, or coordination across teams
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to TA tools (e.g. scheduling, sourcing, background checks, AI tools)
• Experience working with HRIS or system support environments
• Experience documenting processes or creating user guides
• Interest in process improvement, systems, or data quality
