Government Organization Hiring! Full Time Service Desk Engineer in Southwest (Singapore), Earn up to SGD 3,800 - Ricebowl

Day & night shifts 12 hours like 2 days day 3 days night 2 days rest or 3 days day 2 days night rest for 2 days

Minimum 2 years as a service desk agent

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for end users via service desk and helpdesk channels.
• Perform client laptop provisioning, setup of user accounts, and device deployment.
• Support tech refresh projects, software installations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Follow and support ITIL-based processes for incident, request, and change management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, configurations, and procedures.
• Work closely with other IT teams to escalate and resolve technical issues.
• Communicate clearly with users and ensure timely updates and resolutions.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
