• Do repairs of furniture and structures (cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, counters, walls, ceiling, and floors).
• Do painting and finishing of furniture and structures.
• Assess the painting colour of the areas where to be painted.
• Determine the area where to be shellac
• Measure area of paint work to quantify amount of paint/varnish to be used.
• Determine if special treatment is required on surface to be painted.
• Ensure cleanliness at all workshop / work areas and protects the surrounding when executing duties
• Store volatile & flammable material in proper manner according to dept. procedure.
• Use safety equipment when working.
• Report unsafe working conditions/equipment to superior
• Dispose dirty paint & chemicals in appropriate manner.
• Properly handles and maintain all power tools.
• Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, and safety.
• Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
