• Keys In Invoice to system for Win Win Food Industries
• Double checking Invoice and Delivery Order is matched and total figure tally
• Check the supplier statement outstanding balance tally with system
• Read and reply email
• Follow up the DO and Invoice with spare part department
• Checking the purchase invoice when received purchase side posting to finance
• Issue Other Invoice to customer such as disposal of scrap, rental income, reimbursement and etc
• Issue Credit Note to customer
• Download and email SOA to customer after review by senior account executive
• Check the Maybank Ledger account transaction with Maybank Statement
• Check the Maybank Credit Card Ledger transaction with Maybank Credit Card Statement
• Filling Payment Voucher, Supplier Statement
• Check SST report transactions with hard copy and softcopy.
• Do the reconciled supplier e invoice
• Back up the related job to finance department

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
