About the Role
We are seeking an eCommerce Manager to drive the growth of our online business across all digital channels while ensuring a seamless experience between our online and physical stores. You will own the day-to-day management of our webstore and supply chain teams to deliver a true omnichannel experience for Malaysian shoppers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across owned webstore (e.g., Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce) and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Zalora).
- Drive omnichannel initiatives such as click-and-collect, ship-from-store, endless aisle, and unified inventory visibility.
- Plan and execute online campaigns aligned to key Malaysian retail moments (e.g., 9.9/10.10/11.11/12.12 mega sales, Raya, Merdeka, year-end).
- Own the online product catalogue: listings, pricing, promotions, content, and accuracy across all channels.
- Analyse performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, ROAS, return rate) and report on online and omnichannel KPIs.
- Coordinate with performance marketing on paid search, social, and marketplace ads to hit revenue and CAC targets.
- Work with logistics/3PL partners to ensure fast, reliable fulfilment and returns (J&T, Ninja Van, Pos Laju, etc.).
- Optimise the on-site experience (UX, checkout, payment gateways — FPX, e-wallets like Touch 'n Go/GrabPay, BNPL) to lift conversion.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers to secure campaign slots and platform support.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or a related field, ideally within an omnichannel or retail environment.
- Hands-on experience managing at least one major marketplace (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop) and an owned webstore platform.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with Google Analytics, marketplace seller centres, and Excel.
- Understanding of the Malaysian eCommerce landscape, local payment methods, and logistics providers.
- Familiarity with digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, EDM) and how it drives online sales.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
