Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily room cleaning and inspect occupied and departure rooms.
• Assign room duties and deep cleaning tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Train and monitor Room Attendants to maintain quality standards.
• Handle guest requests and ensure VIP amenities are delivered.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hotel policies.
• Support performance evaluation and staff discipline when needed.

Job Requirements

• 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong attention to detail and good leadership skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of hotel cleaning standards and safety procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
