全职 HR Executive 工作, 薪水 up to MYR 4,500, PERSOL Johor 公司招聘中 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Manage foreign worker recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
• Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of work permits, visas, and related documents.
• Liaise with government agencies (JIM, JTK, FOMEMA, MYEG, etc.) and external vendors.
• Coordinate hostel accommodation, transportation, and welfare matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll, attendance, and other HR administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably handling foreign workers.
• Familiar with employment regulations, immigration procedures, and FOMEMA processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
