WE ARE HIRING | Customer Service Advisor

Location: Menara Iskandar Investment, Johor
Salary: Up to RM2,800

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Customer service experience is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Able to work in a rotational shift schedule
• Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, or other communication channels
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customers’ concerns
• Assist customers with service-related issues and requests
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system
