• Managing daily schedules, meetings, and priorities
• Coordinate and monitor factory operations activities, ensuring smooth communication between departments (production, logistics, procurement)
• Assist in operational planning, reporting, and execution of business strategies
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion
• Support production coordination, including tracking schedules, inventory, and delivery timelines
• Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
• Arrange and coordinate business travel, site visits, and meetings
• Arrange meetings, site visits, or business trips when required
• Perform translation and communication in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia as needed
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as directed by the Management

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
